2005 NBWW ALLIANCE UNFOLDS NEW IDEAS
WITH ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW GOVERNING BOARD
Indiblu Design Tapped as Graphic Design Partner



Charlotte, NC -- In its eighth year in Charlotte, the National Business Women's Week Alliance is looking to refresh this year's event in hopes of drawing in thousands of working women from Charlotte and the surrounding areas. New things in the horizon will be a venue change, redesign of the NBWW Charlotte's logo and website, addition of a mascot, innovative theme concept as well as a break away from the usual weeklong event to a one-day only extravaganza. With the pioneer effort in mind, a new Governing Board has been appointed to coordinate the 2005 event. The National Business Women's Week Alliance (NBWW Alliance) of Charlotte 2005 Governing Board Appointees are:

National Business Women's Week is entering its 77th year as a week dedicated to recognizing working women throughout the nation. Created in 1928, the weeklong dedication was designed to recognize and honor the achievements of working women. Today, hundreds of events occur across the nation, highlighting the significant contributions working women make on a personal, professional and economic level.

Sponsored nationally by the National Business and Professional Women organization, National Business Women's Week is celebrated with a variety of weeklong events and activities across the country. The NBWW Alliance leads Charlotte's annual celebration of National Business Women's Week, which occurs the week of October 17th through the 21st, 2005.
