SHIPLETT AND ASSOCIATES TAPS INDIBLU DESIGN
FOR NEW IDENTITY CREATION



Charlotte, NC Indiblu Design has been tapped by Shiplett and Associates to create a new brand identity for its Charlotte office. The venture includes a new corporate identity and stationery system.

"The entire Shiplett team was deeply involved in the identity process," says principal and design director Kimber Flynn, "The new brand system represents their essential qualities of excellence, integrity, creativity and teamwork."

Shiplett and Associates needed a new identity system following a name change for the company when a partnership ended. Roscoe Shiplett and his associates wanted a fresh look that embodied their new company while maintaining a strong connection to their industry.

The new mark incorporates an abbreviated name and a triangle element identified with the appraisal industry. Additionally, abstract curves symbolize the "S" for Shiplett and team synergy. The accent color teal was chosen to set apart Shiplett and Associates from current market competition, which commonly uses red or royal blue as their primary color.
